Getting Started
Learn how to use Just Tasbih for the first time.
Your first count
Open Just Tasbih and you'll see a strand of glowing beads at the bottom of the screen — right where your thumb naturally rests. Tap anywhere on the beads (or flick sideways across them) to count. Each count slides the strand along, a haptic tap confirms it, and the number above updates.
Choosing your dhikr
The chips at the top switch between adhkar — Subhanallah, Alhamdulillah, Allahu Akbar, Astaghfirullah, and La ilaha illa Allah — and you can add your own, Arabic included. Each dhikr keeps its own daily count.
After-prayer tasbih
Tap After prayer to start the classic sequence: 33× Subhanallah, 33× Alhamdulillah, 34× Allahu Akbar. It advances on its own with a distinct vibration at each transition, so you can finish all 100 without looking at the screen.
Pick your counter
In Settings → Counter choose how you count: the glowing bead strand, a minimal ring, or a classic finger clicker. Turn on Full-screen tap to count by tapping anywhere on the screen.
Your daily goal
The progress bar under the count fills as you approach your daily goal (set during onboarding — 33, 99, 100, or 500). When you complete a round, the app celebrates with a stronger haptic pulse, and the bar starts filling for your next round. You can change the goal anytime in Settings → Daily goal.
Motion counting
Tap the hand icon in the top corner to turn on motion counting. With it on, grip your phone and flick your wrist — like passing a bead on a physical tasbih — and the app counts for you. Perfect for walking dhikr, no need to look at the screen.
The screen stays awake
While the counter is open, your screen won't auto-lock. Count at your own pace.
